Terms & Conditions​

You and your travelling companions are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following Terms and Conditions.

Go Anywhere International Pte Ltd shall be referred to as “The Company”.

Tour partners and travel professionals shall be referred to as “The Client” and/or "The Customer"

Go Anywhere Tour's Familiarization Trip Program is designed to provide travel professionals with first-hand experience of our unique destinations, ensuring you can sell our packages with confidence and expertise.

To maintain the quality and integrity of these programs, the following Terms & Conditions apply:

​

1. Pricing and Payment

 

• At-Cost Pricing:  Go Anywhere Tour offers FAM trips to participating directors and staff at cost price. These rates are non-commissionable and intended solely for professional development.

• Payment Terms: Full payment of the FAM trip cost is required upon booking to secure your slot.

• International Airfare is not provided in the FAM trip program.

 

2. Reimbursement Eligibility (Land Tour Cost)

 

We are pleased to offer a Land Tour Cost Reimbursement Incentive.

 

If your agency brings a qualifying number of paying guests to Go Anywhere Tour within the same calendar year as your FAM trip, we will refund the land portion of your trip according to the following scale:

 

Number of Paying Guests                            Reimbursement for Agency Staff

 

12 Pax                                                           1 Staff Member (100% Land Tour Cost)

20 or more Pax                                              2 Staff Members (100% Land Tour Cost)

          Note: "Paying Guests" refers to clients booked on standard, full-priced retail packages.

          Group bookings must be fully paid and travel must commence within the same calendar year

          to qualify for the reimbursement.

 

3. Exclusions

The reimbursement applies strictly to the Land Tour Cost.

The following expenses remain the responsibility of the participant and are not eligible for refund:

• International, regional and/or domestic airfares.

• Single Supplement Fee

• Visa fees and travel insurance.

• Personal expenses.

• Meals.

• Tipping and optional excursions not included in the FAM itinerary.

• Payment fees and all other fees not part of the Land Tour Cost

 

4. Participation Requirements

• Professional Status: Participants must be active directors or full-time employees of a registered travel agency.

• Full Attendance: To qualify for future incentives, participants are expected to attend all site inspections, workshops, and scheduled itinerary activities during the trip.

• Reporting: We may request a brief feedback report, public reviews and/or social media mentions as part of the FAM experience.

 

5. Cancellations and Changes

 

Cancellations by the participant are subject to the specific vendor/supplier cancellation policies active at the time of booking.

 

Go Anywhere Tour reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a FAM trip due to low participation or external factors (force majeure). In such cases, a full refund of the amount paid to us will be issued.

6. FAM trips are subject to Go Anywhere Tour's Tour Booking Terms and Conditions.

7. Land Tour Costs

Inclusions:

• Accommodations: Hotel stays, resorts, or lodges.

• Ground Transportation: Coaches, private vans, or trains used for moving between cities or attractions within the destination.

• Airport Transfers: Scheduled Pick-up and drop-off between the airport and the hotel. 

• Sightseeing & Entrance Fees: Tickets for museums, parks, monuments, and scheduled tours as specified in the itinerary

• Meals: As specified in the itinerary

• Guide Services

Exclusions:

• International and Regional Airfare

• Internal/Domestic Flights

• Travel Insurance

• Visa Fees

• Personal Expenses

• Tips
